Tom Pennachio, with over 40 years of experience, is a culinary genius in Italian cuisine with an American flair. Having cooked over a million dishes for his customers, there isn't anything that chef Tom cannot handle. He will gladly accept any special requests- as long as he has the ingredients, he will make it happen.
As the owner of Pencenzo Ristorante in New Hyde Park, he was giving a 3-star review by Peter M. Gianotti of Newsday. After 27 years of living in Manorville with no exceptional place to find Italian cuisine, he took the situation into his own hands and opened Pennachio's Restaurant & Pizzeria.
